Avoid the Mercury in Fish
The omega-3s in fish are known to boost brain power, but it's time to get smart about which type of fish you're eating. Mercury contamination isn't something we'll leave behind in '07, so remember to skip predator fish like shark, swordfish, tilefish, king mackerel and tuna.
